I've been put into leadership roles as long as I can remember. I spent 15 years working for Dave Ramsey and Ramsey Solutions as VP, CIO, and COO where I spearheaded the digital transformation of the company and helped the company grow from $1 million to $125 million in annual revenue. I've served on the board of directors for the NTC (Nashville Technology Council), the Tennessee Christian Chamber of Commerce, and Ramsey Solutions working to shape strategy, growth, and expansion plans.
Now, I help leaders and companies reach their potential through my own unique perspective of vision, strategy, systems, and focus on team/leadership development.

I'm a first-generation millionaire. At 25, I learned financial success is more than just making money. You need to master money. If you want to be really good with money, you need to study it. You need to learn how money really works. And I believe in having money mentor. Someone who knows more about money than you do.
My goal is to help you develop a plan for you and your family's money to create family financial transformation for generations to come. Business success is only part of the financial success formula. Don't just make money. Multiply it, and then do something good with it. Give your money a purpose. Wealth is a responsibility.

Life is more than business and money. Sadly, a successful life in business and finances doesn't equate to a successful or fulfilling life. I've made it to 25 years of success in business, money, marriage, and kids. None of it is easy. It takes work. A lot of work.
I've got six awesome kids ages 12 to 23. Three boys and three girls. All of them turned out better than me...so far. I didn't do everything right in my marriage. In fact, I did a lot of wrong, but I learned how to fight, survive, and prosper through it all. I learned that there are good times, bad times, and that no matter how bad things are, there's hope.
I believe there's abundant life for all of us...if we're willing to do what it takes to find it.
